How do I connect my wallet?

+

Simply click the "LOGIN" button in the navigation bar on any of the pages and follow the prompts from your Phantom wallet.

Is my data secure?

+

Yes! All game logic and asset transactions are handled directly via publicly reviewable smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. We don't store additional data in any database.

How To Play

Can I play this on my phone?

+

Sorry, but currently we support only wider screens (PC). This is because the rooms need to be wide enough to be able to have a reasonably immersive Rageroom experience. We might work on mini Ragerooms for Mobile Phones and Tablets later, though.

Which Wallets do you currently support?

+

Currently we only support the Phantom Wallet since every person and their dog appears to somehow have one.

Do I need to Login to my Phantom Wallet to be able to play?

+

No. But you can only record your score onchain if you are logged in with your wallet.

Can you describe the controls?

+

Up: w or ↑
Down: s or ↓
Left: a or ←
Right: d or →
Smash: x

So what's the objective in the game?

+

It depends on the mode you choose. You might need to retrieve the "files" or find the "exit liquidity". The goal is to do that AND smash every smashable object in the Rageroom.
Note: Don't smash the plants or you will pay.

Why can't I smash the plants?

+

We might allow you to beat up a digital version of the sitting President but plants is where we draw the line.

I'm unable to smash the statue. Help!

+

That is normal. Rageroom has objects that can be smashed only with certain weapons. You start with your bare hands. Try to smash the boxes in the rightward room to get the Baseball bat. Then go even more right to smash the Concrete boxes in the Maze to unlock the Sledgehammer. Stone objects and appliances can only be broken with it. Sorry we are just trying to respect Material Science, and assuming the player isn't Chuck Norris.

I'm stuck in the Maze..

+

Read the Sign Post. Only one exit leads to the correct room or you end up back at the beginning. For every session, the order is randomized so don't expect it to be the same every session. To keep track of your current room in the maze, look at the number of potted plants. You start in the first maze room with one plant. If you are reaching the second room correctly, you should see two plants, and so on. It's all about memorizing the order for the current session. The maze has only 5 such rooms so it should not be too hard for legends like y'all.

Tournaments

Are there currently any Tournaments?

+

Since we are currently on the devnet, we don't "explicitly" have a tournament that you have to manually enter. However, your position in the leaderboard might be the reason you receive any potential airdrop or other rewards.

What kind of Tournaments will be there once Rageroom is on the Mainnet?

+

We will follow an Event Pass system. Players would be able to buy Entry Passes for $SOL and every session played would exhaust one such pass (it is done at the beginning of your session so don't even think about resetting). The various kinds of tournament are Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Each will have its respective Event Pass. The passes have no expiry, meaning that if you bought a Weekly Tournament pass today, you would still be able to use it in the Summer of 2069 in case you don't use it until then.

What sort of prizes would be there?

+

In the Mainnet Tournaments, the top half of the leaderboard gets rewarded, while the lower half gets a vote of thanks and regards. Suppose 100 participants participate in an hourly tournament, and the Event Pass is worth $10 in $SOL, the platform keeps $10 as platform fee (to be able to keep building and put food on the table), and the remaining $990 of the amount collected from the Event Passes becomes the Prize Pool. The Prizes are such that the 50th person on the leaderboard recovers their $10 entry fee, and gets a little on top of it, while the 1st person on the leaderboard makes a multiple factor return on their entry fee paid.
